Sale Terms

The following Sale Terms refer to the online purchasing of products made by Eva Zuccolo on the website www.EvaZuccolo.com, belonging to Eva Zuccolo and based in San Donà di Piave, via Carozzani,34. Each buying operation will be regulated by Legislative Decree 185/99 and, as for privacy protection, by Leg. Decree 196/03.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE ORDER

By placing their order online, customers are sending Eva Zuccolo a proposal of purchase for the product(s) added to their trolley. When customers place online orders for the products added to their trolley, they accept to buy them at the prices and terms stated in the current General Sale Terms. Eva Zuccolo will email the customer the acceptance and confirmation of the order including number, date and total amount of the order together with delivery terms. Eva Zuccolo will not accept to carry out the order in the following cases:

  • If the product is temporarily not available (however, in this case you will not be allowed to add it to your trolley)
  • If payment by credit card is not confirmed by the customer’s bank

All photographs on the website are to be regarded as illustrations which cannot fully guarantee the exact real look of the product.

CUSTOMER’S OBLIGATIONS

The current General Sale Terms must be examined online by potential customers before placing their orders. Therefore, sending orders implies their full knowledge and acceptance of the terms. After ending the online buying procedure, customers must print and keep the current General Sale Terms (already read and accepted during the buying procedure) in order to fully meet the terms quoted in articles 3- 4 Leg.Decree n. 185/1999.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment of the purchased products and relative shipping charges must be effected by costumers on placing the order using one of the indicated means of payment. Orders will be carried out by Eva Zuccolo on receiving the settlement of the order by bank transfer. Eva Zuccolo cannot be considered responsible for any fraudulent or illegal use of credit cards by third parties on settling payment of the purchased products.

DELIVERY

Further clarifications following the order acceptance:

  • As the products are completely handmade, Eva Zuccolo may need a few days to carry out the order. However, customers will be promptly informed when the goods have been shipped.
  • Delivey times may also depend on the shipping method chosen on placing the order. If the goods haven’t been delivered due to the customer’s impossibility to receive them, the customer should immediately contact the courier at the contacts left in case of non-delivery or should contact Poste Italiane in case of traceable recorded delivery. Eva Zuccolo cannot be considered responsible for any loss or theft which may have occurred in transit.
  • Eva Zuccolo, once the package has been delivered to the courier, is not responsible for any delays in delivery due exclusively to possible mistakes or disservices of the courier.

All prices on the site are VAT-inclusive.

WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

According to art.5 DL 185/1999, if the customer is a private consumer (that is, a single person purchasing the goods for reasons not related to his/her own business or professional activity), he/she has the right to withdraw from the purchasing contract for any reason, with no penalty or explanation required. To claim their rights, customers should contact Eva Zuccolo at the section Contacts, as indicated on the site, and send her a written communication within 10 working days from receipt of the goods. This communication should be sent as recorded delivery letter with advice of delivery to Eva Zuccolo, via Carozzani, 34 – San Donà di Piave – VE -Italy. After receiving the above-stated communication of withdrawal, Eva Zuccolo will promptly let the customer know how to return the goods. Costs for the return of the goods are at the customer’s expense. The goods must be returned intact, complete and not damaged, in their original packing and accompanied by sale receipt. On its arrival the goods will be carefully examined and, in case of damage or unlawful opening, customers will not be able to claim the right to withdrawal. Products can’t be returned after being used, worn, washed or altered in any way. Replacement can be effected with a similar but not identical product, as each piece is unique and cannot be duplicated. If customers want to change model or colour, all costs related to shipping, sending back and return of the products wil be charged to the customer. Eva Zuccolo will claim her right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for faulty goods. If the article appears to have been worn or damaged, no replacement will be possible. Eva Zuccolo will refund the customer with the total amount already paid within prescribed times. Refund will be effected by crediting the customer’s credit card with the due amount. Customers are kindly requested to provide Eva Zuccolo with all the information necessary for a correct and prompt refund operation.
