Payment and Shipping

I have my products shipped and delivered by courier, all over Italy.

Delivery costs

• 6€ of Shipping Costs.
• Shipping is Always Free for orders greater than 100€.

DELIVERY TIMES

• My products are unique pieces handcrafted by me, and they are ready for delivery.
• Shipment and delivery are carried out within 2/3 days of payment of the order.
• After your purchase you will receive an email providing information about the status of the order and allowing you to track the shipment at any time.
• Eva Zuccolo, once the package has been delivered to the courier, is not responsible for any delays in delivery due exclusively to possible mistakes or disservices of the courier.

PAYMENT TERMS

• Payments by Credit Card (via Paypal) and Bank Transfer in advance are accepted.
